Our Mission
TampaxLawsuit.info was created in response to widespread public confusion following the 2024 study published in Environment International that detected heavy metals — including lead, arsenic, and cadmium — in 100% of tampon samples tested across 14 brands.
Millions of people searched for answers and were met with either sensationalized news articles or outright scam websites claiming to offer "Tampax lawsuit claim forms" and payouts. No such settlement exists as of May 2026. This site exists to provide factually accurate, legally responsible information.
Our goal is to serve three audiences: (1) consumers who want to understand their potential exposure and legal rights, (2) journalists and researchers who need a curated primary-source reference hub, and (3) individuals who may genuinely qualify for the class action and need a trustworthy starting point.
